I have just registered today and have been perusing the site and thought I would just post a blog hopefully to attract comment from agents around the country and around the world as to your hopes and expectations in regard to the economy and to real estate in general.; what impact you think the election of a new President will have, etc.I would also be most interested in hearing about your local markets' health. For instance, Cape Cod is largely a second home and retirement market with a lifestyle that appeals to and attracts Buyers from everywhere. Since we are essentially pretty well surrounded by water and local communities purchase land for open space, the product we have to offer for sale is "finite".  Consequently, although we are feeling a pinch here too, we have not suffered the setbacks in our local market that have been felt in other parts of the country.
