Centerville Utah Real Estate sales climbed up 9.09% from April last year’s total units sold of 10 to this year’s total of 11 sold units.

Prices of homes dropped 10.65% year over year. During April 2010, homes median sold price was at $218,250 and original list price was at $240,000. In the same period this year, homes sold median price was at $195,000 and original list price was at $249,900.

Sold houses median dollar per square foot price was at $105.52. Median square feet size was at 1,812. The typical home sold includes four bedrooms and three baths.
