April 2011 was not a good month for Clearfield Utah Real Estate market as home sales dropped 25.81% year over year. Number of residential units sold decrease from 31 last year to 23 in the same month this year.

Prices of residential units increase 6.73 percent from April 2010 median sold price of $139,900 and original list price of $150,000 to the same month this year’s median sold price of $150,000 and original list price of $161,000.

Price per square foot of Clearfield homes went sold in April this year was at $72.66. The median square feet size of these houses sold was at 2,318. The average home went sold during this month include four bedrooms and three baths.

To date, there are a total of 207 units for sale in Clearfield real estate market in which 49 listings are under contract.
