The number of home sales in February 2010 rose 33.33 percent compared to a year ago in Clinton real estate. A total of 18 units were sold in February this year versus 12 properties sold in February 2009.

Home prices fell 3.29 percent year over year from $183,275 median sold price in February 2009 to $177,250 median sold price in February 2010. The original list price of all the homes sold in February last year was $210,150 down to $186,950 in February this year.

All homes in February 2010 were sold for 95% of their original list price. Half of these homes sold were bigger than 2,219 square feet with a median dollar per square foot price of $82.89.

As to the under contract homes, they were on the market for 50 median days.
