The Kaysville Utah Real Estate MLS released their stats report for the month of March 2011 showing a low number of home sales over the same period a year ago. There were only 11 residential properties sold in March this year compared to March of last year with a total of 19 residential properties sold, thus year over year sales decrease 42.11 percent.

Median sold price rose up 10.49 percent from $219,300 last year to $245,000 this year. Residential properties original list price was at $272,000 last year and $264,900 in March this year.

Median dollar per square foot price of all the residential properties sold in March this year was at $76.51. Half of the homes sold during this month were bigger than 3,060 square feet. Typically, these homes are equipped with four bedrooms and three baths.
