According to the latest statistics released from the WFRMLS of Kaysville Utah real estate for February 2010, home sales improved greatly over February of last year. The number of homes sold in February this year was around 15 compared to 7 homes sold in February last 2009. Hence home sales went up by almost 53.33%.
In terms of the prices of homes, it went up 8.44 percent at a median sold price of $228,900 in February last year to $250,000 median sold price in February this year.
Moreover, all homes sold in February last year had an original list price of $244,900 while in February this year, original list price of all homes went sold was $285,000. Usually, homes went sold during February this year had four bedrooms and three baths. These homes had a median dollar per square foot price of $83.57 and a median square feet size of 3,051.
Kaysville have more homes in the market today compared to the previous month with a total of 148 homes on the market, 14 of which are under contract homes from 132 active listings last month, of which 19 homes were under contract.
