April 2011 Layton Utah Real Estate sales went down 22.22% from 63 total homes sold last year having an original list price of $187,500 down to 49 sold homes with an original list price of $184,900.

The median sold price last April 2010 was at $182,800, which is a dropped of 5.96 percent to the median sold price April 2011 had. The median dollar per square foot price of the homes being sold in April this year was at $77.42. Half of these sold homes were bigger than 2,176 square feet. The typical home sold had four bedrooms and two baths.

Total homes for sale in Layton real estate market today were 493 with 114 under contract homes.
