Year over year sales price also decrease 9.52 percent from a median sold price of $210,000 in June 2009 to a median sold price of $190,000 in the same month this year.

Last June 2009, units sold original list price was at $224,900. Median dollar per square foot price was $85.36. Half of these units sold were bigger than 2,511 square feet. The average of these units sold is equipped with four bedrooms and three baths.

 In the same month this year, units sold original list price was $199,900. Median square feet size of these homes was 2,436. Each square foot of these homes cost nearly $83.69. Typically, these units sold comprises of four bedrooms and three baths.

Today, number of Houses for Sale Layton Utah listings in the market reaches 553 in which 47 homes are under contract from last month total listings of 541 with 35 homes under contract.
