Layton Utah Real Estate sales went up 32 percent from June last year total houses sold of 51 to the same period this year’s total houses sold of 75.

Prices of homes were down 10 percent from last year’s median sold price of $190,000 and original list price of $199,900 to this year’s median sold price of $171,000 and original list price of $190,000.

The median dollar per square foot price of the homes sold in June this year was $77.94. Half of these homes sold were bigger than 2,218 square feet. Typically, these homes sold have four bedrooms and three baths.

Layton number of homes for sale in the market totalled 515 in which 94 are under contract properties.
