Lincolnshire is proving a popular place to live for residents, and to match demand, many new developments in Lincolnshire have been built and are now launched onto the property market for residential buyers.
Many UK house builders have taken advantage of this interest in the county, including Chestnut Homes, who have launched their Manor Farm new homes for sale in Lincolnshire which is located in the village of Bardney. This development has properties to suit all kinds of budgets including two bedroom starter homes for those who want to get onto the property ladder but don't have much budget and three bedroom bungalows. At the other end of the scale, there are also luxury new developments at Manor Farm available with five bedroom family houses designed to high specifications, and with high quality fittings and finishes.
Linden Homes have also launched their two new developments. Marshall's Rise is located in Gainsborough and is ideal for first time buyers with smaller budgets and deposit amounts seeking affordable housing. This development includes a range of two bedroom apartments and two bedroom terraced homes, which can be bought in conjunction with the Government's HomeBuy Direct shared equity scheme, and prices start at an affordable £79,995.
Their second develpment, The Oasis is located Lincoln city centre with two, three and four bedroom houses and town houses and apartments.
Another major UK house builder, Larkfleet Homes, have completed and launched their new developments in Louth, which is a historic town located in The Wolds and dating back from the Saxon times. Named Willoughby Walk, the new development includes two, three and four bedroom properties.
All of these new developments are close to schools, shops, medical facilities and various leisure facilities.
