The North Ogden UT real estate median home sales price last month was above than it was a year ago, according to new statistics. The median price last month was $156,250, 10.66 percent below from $224,900, and below 12.16 percent from $181,000 in the March the year ago.
However, the survey revealed that median price in Weber County was up nearly two percent from $153,546 in the month prior to March, and drop for the third straight month in year-over-year levels by eight percent from $168,419, the median in March was $156,262.
Last month, there were 17 under contract North Ogden Utah homes, compared to 23 the year ago. In Weber County, there were also less pending sales compared to the year earlier from 215 to the last month with only 206 homes gone under contract.
The continues depreciation of median prices puts a worry in every broker in North Ogden, but they were upbeat and hoping that pending sales and prices will pick-up in April.
