According to the WFR multiple listing service report released by the Ogden Association of Realtors shows that real estate Ogden Utah home sales downshifted for the first time this year. There was a total of 68 new and resale homes and condos found new owners last month in the area. That number was statistically below by 28.44 percent over March 2010 with 90 homes sold.

The median price last month for single-family homes and Ogden Utah condos were $93,500, decrease by 4.58 percent from $98,000 in February, and 28.44 percent lower from $130,655 in the same month last year.

The Ogden Utah homes for sale new listings were up in March compared to the prior month and the year ago. In addition, homes sold last month spent about five months in the market before its new home owners purchased them. If the sellers want to get most out of their homes for sale the word "patience" is needed as more homes entering the market and stayed on the market longer than before.
