Mr. Kramoltz is a member of a distinguished society of only approximately 1,600 real estate professionals worldwide who have earned the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation. The CIPS program focuses on ownership and transaction principles of international real estate, including specifics on real estate buyers in Europe, the Americas and the Asia/Pacific region. Traditionally buyers from foreign countries have been significant purchasers of Arizona real estate. Mr. Kramoltz has the necessary training and experience to work successfully with international purchasers. His Canadian heritage and the CIPS designation is a distinct advantage available to SimplySOLD’s buyers and sellers.

Mr. Kramoltz is also an Arizona state certified real estate educator, has taught both law and commercial real estate continuing education classes. He currently is an instructor at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business.
