Steven Strand, Attorney CIPS TRC Actually seeing an increase in buyer traffic regardless of the coming passing of the tax rebate deadline. I see that as a good sign. It can also indicate the first-time buyers finally made a purchase thus enabling those sellers to become buyers eventhough not ones qualified for the move-up rebate.
