The house have two floors. The first floor have a big Bulgarian traditional dining room with entrance to the barbeque. In this floor is also the entrance for the service room and wide bathroom. The connection with the second floor is with beautiful wooden stears.The second floor have 3 bedrooms, each with bathroom, wooden floor and typical traditional wooden windows. The villa house have two entrance (each floor have an entrance). The architecture is 18-th century style and idea (made with the idea of the best Bulgarian builders), wich helps for the outside life, as well as the inside comfort. The garden in this moment is with beautiful grass (if the new owner wish a swimming pool can be made). The fender is made of stone and wood giving you security and in the same time comfort. The house is not furnitured.

VILYAS REAL ESTATE - BULGARIA Property in Bulgaria has been ranked the third most profitable location for buy-to-let investors, lagging behind Poland and the United Kingdom, according to a report of property investment firm Assetz. Investing in property in Bulgaria is followed by France, Turkey, Greece, Spain, South Africa, Cyprus and Portugal as the top ten most profitable locations. Poland offers a 165 % net capital gain on cash invested, the UK – 63%, Bulgaria – 54%, France – 51% and Turkey – 45%, according to the study. At the end of last month The Observer ranked property in Bulgaria, Turkey and northern France as the current hotspots.
