Ifbyphone is offering two products to NAR members – Ifbyphone for Realtors® and Ifbyphone for Realtors® Plus. This industry-leading product suite of voice communications services allows Realtors® to manage, measure and automate calls on any phone at any time.

“Ifbyphone offers a unique product from which Realtors® can truly benefit,” said NAR President Ron Phipps, broker-president of Phipps Realty in Warwick, R.I. “With Ifbyphone’s voice communication platform Realtors® can improve their client relationships and close more transactions at the same time. Working in a mobile, fast-paced industry requires that Realtors® are easily accessible. With Ifbyphone Realtors® can count on never missing out on communications with clients and potential customers.”

Ifbyphone’s suite of voice communications services is offered to members at an exclusive price and focuses on call tracking, client notifications, call forwarding, interactive voice response and voice automation. The available products connect Realtors® with leads faster by evaluating client contact information and forwarding calls to an individual agent or to an agent team. A voice note system also allows users to leave client- or listing-specific memos, and then review those memos from anywhere, thus supporting a virtual office environment.

“With Ifbyphone we have identified a partner that helps Realtors® never miss a lead, resulting in more time spent with clients and more transactions,” said Bob Goldberg, NAR senior vice president of Marketing and Business Development, Commercial Services and Business Specialties. “Ifbyphone also allows Realtors® to measure and evaluate marketing spending while lowering the cost of doing business. We look forward to working with Ifbyphone to create more solutions for customer interaction in the real estate industry.”
